What advice would you give to a new student who will start IIEP in the summer?

My advice is "don't worry too much!"
Before I came here, I had worried too much and had been afraid, so I could not do I want.
Too much worry did not help you.
Have confidence and do!
Study hard, and achieve your goal, and enjoy U.S.A. life!

My Wish

Are you listening to me, Santa Claus?

I want to get many things on my birthday!!

A new car, a new computer, a new cellphone,

a new house, a good occupation, iPod mp3 player, Wii,

lots of money, and a pretty grilfriend... are my wish.

However..Well... I can get these things someday by myself.

Always my really wish is my parents good health.

Best Invention

I think that a computer is the best invention.
I have used the computer for 16 years.
I can't live without the computer.
I will work with the computer.
The computer is my best friend.

If a friend were coming to visit Iowa City...

If a friend were coming to visit Iowa City,

I will recommend the University of Iowa.

U.S.A and Korea have a little different system.

Buildings of univerity in Korea are located in one place around fence.

However, the Uiversity of Iowa is located in downtown.

Also, some building's styles are beautiful.

Therefore I want to recommend the University of Iowa.

My Best Place

My best place in the US is Chicago.
I went to Chicago last semester with classmates.
Chicago was fitst big city that I have visited.
Weather was very good. It was not too cold and not too hot.
I took a water taxi and I went to Navy Pier and Sears Tower.
I spend great time!

Favorite Movie Genre

Um... I like all movies without distinction of genre.
Action, adventure, comedy, animation, drama, fantasy, horro,
mystery, romace, and war are my favorite genre.
I like to watch action, horro and mystery movies in summer,
and I like to watch drama and romace movies in winter.
However, I don't like sad ending story.
I like happy ending story.
After watch sad ending movies, I feel gloomy and sad.
Nevertheless, I also watch sad ending movies.

Advice...

Something wrong is not your way...
I'm not sure it is same what I want to say.
It is difficult to say in English because it is too abstract.
4 years ago, I had a problem and I was afflicted and clung to it.
A friend gave me advice.
Don't think about it anymore.
After throw it away, you can get new things.
It helped me a little and friend's word remained my mind.
